Ivy League Botany Club was born from a passion for plants, kitchen chemistry, and movement. I had a driving need to do something that fostered creativity and connection, and possibly a desire to have my own version of the Magic School Bus. So, after maybe too few conversations, my husband and I went for it and bought a short school bus to renovate into a mobile plant boutique.

While the bus itself is still under renovation (photos soon!), I’ve been hard at work growing, propagating, and making! I specialize in tropical indoor plants, succulents, and small cacti. You can also find hand made botanically derived goods such as plant dyed wool, vegan soap, and homegrown loofah sponges.

So who am I? Austin native and plant-addict, I’m a hobby horticulturist and sometimes mad botanist (as my family can attest to the chaos left in the wake of my experimenting). Ivy League is a playground for me to let loose my curiosity and push myself to see what I can make next, and to surround myself in leafy bliss. I truly believe in the importance of community and collaboration. As this business and I grow together, I look to engage with local artists to create together and encourage each other to shine.
